Summer is the perfect season to slow down, relax and especially to have experiences that will energize us with positive energy. From open-air theatres and music festivals to community festivals and foodie events, there are plenty of cultural events to enjoy during the warmer days. But how do you choose the ones that you'll actually enjoy and aren't just a ‘must-do’?

The holidays are finally coming - the coveted time when we should slow down, recharge and switch off for a while. But... do we even know how to do that anymore?
