How to do it:
1. Start with the setup:
• Log in to the computer version of your Benefit Plus account at benefitplus.sk and click on "Log in".
• Enter your username and password and click the "SET UP" button.
2. Download an authenticator app:
If you don't already have one, download the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator app to your phone. You can find it for free in your phone's app store (App Store for iPhone or Google Play for Android).
3. Scan the QR code:
• Open your chosen Authenticator app on your phone.
• Select the "Add account" option and then "Scan QR code".
• Point your phone's camera at the QR code displayed on your computer screen.
• If you cannot scan the QR code, select the "Enter key" option and manually enter the code displayed on the screen.
4.Enter the authorization code from the authenticator app on your phone:
• A 6-digit code will be displayed in the authenticator app.
• Enter this code into the appropriate field on your computer screen.
• Click on "CONFIRM".
5.Done! Two-factor authentication is active. The next time you log in, you will need both your password and the current 6-digit authorization code from the app.
Important:
• The code from the app changes every 30 seconds. Always enter the current code.

Why should I set up two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection to your Benefit Plus account. Even if someone gets your password, they can't get into your account without the authentication code from your phone.
How does two-factor authentication work?
Each time you log in, you'll need a unique code from the authentication app on your phone in addition to your password. This code changes frequently (usually every 30 seconds), making it very difficult to guess or steal.
What if I can't scan the QR code?
In the authentication app, select "Enter key manually" and manually enter the verification key.
In the authenticator I can see that my account is already paired, but the code doesn't work.
If you have reset your account matching or had it reset by Benefit Plus staff, delete the previous matching from the authenticator. Then perform the re-pairing from the beginning.
I can't delete my Benefit Plus account from the verification app.
• Google Authenticator: Hold down the line labeled Benefit Plus and select "Delete Account".
• Microsoft Authenticator: Right arrow > cogwheel > Delete account.
