Are you using Benefit Plus Cafeteria but some things are not entirely clear to you? Don't know how valid your voucher is or how to redeem your holiday voucher? We have prepared answers to frequently asked questions that may be of interest to you.

How do I create a holiday voucher through Benefit Plus?

1. Choose a provider from the menu in your Benefit Account - Holiday Vouchers and request a quote and booking.

2. Charge your Holiday Vouchers wallet (if you don't already have it pre-loaded).

3. In your Benefits Account, find the provider with whom you have agreed to book and create a holiday voucher.

This voucher will be sent to the email address you provided in your virtual account. Subsequently, present the holiday voucher when you pay for your stay.

Please refer directly to your benefit account for more detailed procedures and additional information.

Which providers can I redeem my benefit points for?

You can redeem points for those providers that are in your benefit account.

What is the validity of benefit vouchers?

Benefit vouchers are usually valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The validity information is always stated on the voucher itself.

Where can I find the benefit voucher I have ordered?

Once you have placed your order, the voucher is automatically sent to your email. You can also download the voucher via the mobile app in the " Transactions " section. Just click on the arrow located on the right side.

Where can I change my contact details?

You can update your contact details in the "Settings" section (top right) of your benefit account. It is not possible to make this change in the mobile app, so we recommend logging in via the web browser to make the necessary adjustments.

I want to add a new provider to Cafeteria. How do I proceed?

To add a new provider to Cafeteria, send us an email at partnerisk@benefit-plus.cz. Please include the name of the provider and, if applicable, their contact details in the message. Based on your email, our partnership department will contact the provider with a proposal for cooperation.
